Stan Crook is the founder of QLD Rent Roll Brokers and has over 50 years’ experience in the real estate industry, with over 20 of those years specialising as a rent roll and agency broker.
Stan started his real estate career in 1969 with 3 years in residential sales before becoming principal of his own offices for 13 years, both as an independent and as part of the Ray White franchise. During this time, Stan also became a licensed auctioneer.
From there, Stan spent over 9 years in corporate roles, holding positions such as Franchise Development Manager, Senior Area Manager, and Chief Auctioneer and trainer for such leading Australian franchise groups as LJ Hooker, Elders, and Raine & Horne.
In 1994, Stan began acting as a professional trainer, freelance auctioneer, strategic consultant, and business adviser to the real estate industry, which included 2 years as a real estate trainer for both the REIQ and TAFE. Over the years, Stan conducted many seminars and training courses on various subjects relevant to the industry, mostly relating to best business practices, better business policies and procedures, and how to successfully operate a sound and profitable agency practice.
Using the skills he had acquired and developed in his previous senior franchise roles, Stan opened the first true real estate agency brokerage firm in Queensland in 2002, listing and selling real estate agencies and rent rolls throughout Queensland and northern New South Wales. Stan is now widely recognised as a leader in the Queensland real estate industry who has had a major impact on the way we buy and sell real estate agencies and rent rolls.
Stan has the prestigious honour of being both a Fellow of the Real Estate Institute of Australia (FREI) and a Fellow of the Real Estate Institute of Queensland (FREIQ), and was recently granted Life Membership to the REIQ.
Stan is available by appointment only. For appointments, please email [email protected].
