Alan Reynolds has been a specialist rent roll and real estate agency broker with Milton Realty Agency Sales and Services since 2005.
With a career in real estate spanning more than five decades, Alan commenced in the industry in 1971 and has owned and operated successful agencies across key Gold Coast locations including Surfers Paradise, Southport, Runaway Bay, and Chevron Island.
Alan has also held senior leadership roles within the industry, including serving as a Director of The Professionals and as President of the Gold Coast branch of the REIQ.
Before entering real estate, Alan trained as an accountant and earned a Commerce degree from The University of Queensland. His professional background also extends into project management and the management of a large residential building company, further strengthening his commercial and analytical expertise.

Ray Milton is a highly respected figure in the Queensland real estate industry, bringing more than 50 years of experience – primarily on the Gold Coast -across all facets of agency practice, leadership, and compliance.
Ray has held a number of influential positions with the Real Estate Institute of Queensland, including State President, Board Member, Manager of Business Standards, and Agency Practice Advisor, where he has spent over a decade working closely with agencies to improve operational performance, compliance, and best practice.
In addition to his contributions to the REIQ, Ray has served as President of the Real Estate Employers Association and has played an important role in shaping the industry at a government level, including his appointment to the Board of the Residential Tenancies Authority.
Ray’s contribution to the profession has been recognised with the prestigious honour of REIQ Life Membership, reflecting his longstanding commitment and impact on the real estate industry in Queensland.
